Two men have been found dead in a block of flats on Sandaker in Oslo. Traces at the scene indicate that they have been killed, according to the police. A man has been arrested in the case.

– We suspect that the arrested person has done this, and he will therefore be tried to be questioned about this during the night, says operations manager Rune Hekkelstrand in the Oslo police district.
– It appears that those involved have some kind of relationship/acquaintance with each other, but this is something the police are working to clarify, he writes further.
Both the dead and the arrested are adult men, according to the operations centre. The police will not say anything about what clues there are that make them believe the people have been killed, nor where the dead were found.
The police emphasize that there is nothing in the case to indicate that the case has anything to do with ongoing events in Oslo.
It was midnight on Saturday night that the Oslo police reported a violent incident at Sandaker. They then stated that an injured person was examined by paramedics. Even then, the police announced that a person had been arrested. At the time, the police were working to interview witnesses and secure clues in a block of flats.
