Following another shooting in north Chicago, two people were taken to the hospital in critical condition after they were shot outside a residence.
According to Chicago police, the two were outside a house in the 1500 block of North Tripp Street around 7:25 p.m. when a dark-colored car pulled up and then someone drew their gun and opened fire.
A child of about 2 years was shot in the left leg and an adult of about 32 years was shot in the face, according to authorities. Both were transported to a hospital in critical condition.
As of Tuesday night, no suspects have been reported in custody. Meanwhile, the Chicago police are investigating.
