Two people were injured tonight in a stabbing in the Nelson Mandelpark in Southeast.

Four ambulances and a trauma helicopter were called up. There are also several police cars in the park.
Fight
A large number of bystanders had gathered in the park. According to witnesses, there was stabbing after an argument.
One of the victims is said to have been stabbed at the skate park and then ran south to the Nelson Mandela Park. The other seems to have walked to the police station on Flierbosdreef.
Police helicopter
A police helicopter also flies above the park. Nobody has been arrested yet. The two injured were taken to hospital by ambulance.
Part of the park has now been cordoned off. Agents are now investigating. Dozens of bystanders have been expelled by the police.
