Swedish police were notified of the shooting just after 7 pm on Thursday night.
“We have two injured in this shooting, and they have been transported to hospital,” police spokeswoman Diana Qudhaib told TT.
The two are critically injured, according to the police, writes Aftonbladet.
– It is very fresh for us. There were many witnesses at the scene, so we are working with them. The area is cordoned off, says Qudhaib.
Police are investigating the shooting as an assassination attempt, according to Expressen.
– We have a lot of resources in place and are looking for the perpetrator or perpetrators, says Qudhaib.
