PORDENONE. Two gazebos per classroom and outdoor lessons in turn for 600 high school students at Leopardi-Majorana in Pordenone: in the headquarters in via Colvera the school has new spaces added in the park.
“An airy and fully safe anti-Covid-19 contagion structure – says the manager Rossana Viola, who managed the project with teacher Claudia Furlanetto -. The San Gregorio association offered us two gazebos with the collaboration of the Municipality of Pordenone and the Edr institution ”.
The diffused classroom also functions as an integrated laboratory and relaxation area in the ten-minute interval. “The new outdoor classroom is airy, large and offers a widespread space for many activities – remarks Furlanetto -. Students are thrilled with the proposal that breaks the traditional classroom diaphragm. The classes will enter in shifts and, in addition to the didactic activities, the new external structure can be used as a multi-functional laboratory “.
The problem will be the plunging mercury. “We will see how to face the climatic rigors – continues Furlanetto – in the winter months”.
The school is equipped in the widespread anti-coronavirus contagion classrooms: outdoor desks and chairs are the dowry of many comprehensive institutions, such as in Sacile. “The beautiful days are a potential for outdoor educational activities – said the manager Nadia Poletto to the Sacile district – in the gardens of the childhood sections”.
