Almost ten days after the selection process, the name of the new director of the National Highway Company is known. Of the four candidates, only two appeared before the commission.
Vladimír Jacko emerged from them as the new head of the company. He previously served as vice president US Steel Kosice also as the Plenipotentiary of the Minister of the Environment. He is also a co-founder of the Association of Industrial Associations and the Industrial Bipartite. “I wish the new CEO a lot of strength in his work. Its main task will be to start and streamline internal processes in the National Highway Company, “ said Minister of Transport and Construction Andrej Doležal.
He remains Chairman of the Board of Directors Juraj Tlapa, who was still in the associated position with the General Manager immediately after the election. Subsequently, he defended his position in the selection process this year.
