Two earthquakes occurred last night, at an interval of 7 hours, in Munteania and Transylvania.
The first earthquake occurred at 23.19 in Transylvania, Covasna County. It had a magnitude of 2.6 and occurred at a depth of 97 km, informs Mediafax.
The earthquake occurred near the cities: 72 km NE of Brașov, 74 km SW of Bacău, 122 km N of Ploiești and 145 km NW of Galați.
At 7:01 another earthquake occurred in Muntenia, in Brăila, at a depth of 15 km, according to the National Research – Development Institute for Earth Physics (INCDFP).
The earthquake occurred near the cities: 13 km S of Brăila, 33 km S of Galați, 117 km NW of Constanta, 160 km E of Ploiești.
