Two Army soldiers were injured in an international chemical exercise. That happened in the Czech town of Vyskov, the Ministry of Defense reports.
An explosion occurred due to unknown cause. According to Defense, the injuries of the two seem to be minor. They have been taken to a hospital for treatment.
As a precaution, 23 other participants of the exercise were also taken to hospital for a check-up. Among them, 19 are Dutch.
Soldiers from different NATO countries practice in Vyskov with finding and identifying chemicals and decontaminating spaces, people and vehicles. The exercise lasts two weeks and ends tomorrow.
