In addition, the inspectors detained the 37-year-old owner of a Mercedes-Benz car, who is responsible for 240 traffic fines in the amount of approximately 365 thousand rubles. In relation to him, 90 administrative protocols were drawn up under Part 1 of Article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Evasion of the execution of administrative punishment.”

This is not the largest number of outstanding fines for traffic violations discovered by police officers in 2020.
