Two detainees in Benidorm and Dénia with international extradition orders | Radio Alicante | Present

The National Police have detained in the municipalities of Benidorm and Dénia two men with international extradition orders brought by justice Romanian and the authorities German.

For these reasons, various controls were put in place at the accesses to the possible areas that he might frequent and, within a few hours, several agents located the alleged fugitive when he was trying to evade one of the controls. After a brief chase he was detained by the police.

The arrested person is sought as the alleged author of a Crime of fraud carried out in 2013 for a value close to 200.000 euros and for the one who faces a sentence of more than two years in prison in Romania.

In another performance, agents of the Dénia police station They received information about the presence in the town of a person who was allegedly on the run from Germany and who was under an order to be extradited to that country.

The cops located him in a city hotel, where the one claimed by the German authorities was detained, according to the sources, who have indicated that the arrested person was wanted after having been imposed a sentence of one year in prison for driving without a license.

Both detainees, of 55 and 68 years old, were placed at the disposal of the Central Court of Investigation of the National Court on duty, which will be in charge of processing the European Arrest and Extradition Orders.
