Two detainees and a lawyer charged with sending thugs to beat up

Agents of the Calvià Civil Guard two men have been arrested and a lawyer charged with allegedly ordering a beating of a young man in Son Ferrer. It so happens that one of those arrested is the leader of the plot of millionaire fraud to migrants that was dismantled a little less than a month ago by the National Police.

The story dates back to 2019, in the Galeón de Magaluf street, a few meters from a well-known hotel. The lawyer was walking alone at the time. He was heading to a friend’s house. Suddenly felt a strong blow to the back of the neck and ended up on the ground. The attackers, five in total, continued to punch and kick the lawyer, who defended himself as best he could from the attack.

A few days later, one of the allegedly implicated in that issue, specifically on October 25, 2019, denounced that he was in the parking lot of the Eroski de Son Ferrer supermarket where he had met a girl he met through Facebook. There he was surprised by two people who, posing as civil guards and brandishing a pistol, threatened and beat him. All this, reminding him that it was revenge for the aggression that had been perpetrated on the lawyer.

Finally, the judge imputes the lawyer, a relative and a friend of theirs for ordering the beating.
