Results of the Telekom ranking: Two companies from the mobilezone Group voted in the top 10

The two Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO) Digital Republic (1st place) and TalkTalk (7th place), which belong to the mobilezone Group, made it into the top 10 companies in the Telekom rating of the balance sheet in the mobile telephony sector. The positive result of the rating shows that mobilezone is on the right track with its strategic focus on customer satisfaction.
The Telekom rating of the magazine “Bilanz” showed that two companies belonging to the mobilezone group were voted into the top 10 by the consumers surveyed. Digital Republic was ranked first by the business customers surveyed as well as by private customers in the field of mobile telephony. And TalkTalk was voted 7th in the private customer category. Roger Wassmer, CEO of mobilezone Switzerland says: “We are pleased with the result of the balance sheet rating, especially since mobilezone’s strategic focus is on the MVNO business and its expansion.”
Around 10,000 users were surveyed and the quality, innovation, price, flexibility and customer support of the respective providers were evaluated. In all areas, both Digital Republic and TalkTalk achieved high scores. Both providers received good marks in the area of customer satisfaction, which shows that investments in this area, which is important for mobilezone, are paying off.
In Switzerland, the two MVNOs TalkTalk (since 2013) and Digital Republic (since January 2023) belong to the company. In Germany, mobilezone operates another MVNO with HIGH.
