The two men are said to have left the bar in November last year after consuming five pints with the beer mats and mustard bags without paying. According to the investigators, after they had also behaved conspicuously in a tram, the driver alerted the police. The subsequent identity check is said to have been accompanied by kicks and punches as well as verbal abuse from the drunk men. The younger one was finally measured almost four parts per thousand alcohol in the blood.
According to the public prosecutor’s office, a date for the trial before the district court in Frankfurt has not yet been set.
