A two-year-old girl from the La Milagrosa school in Cartagena tests positive for COVID, according to the Councilor for Education, Irene Ruiz.
This has led to the closure of the classroom, and the 13 children who attend this class have been quarantined.

The classroom that has been closed is the one for children from 2 to 3 years old. All the people who have been in contact with the little girl have also been quarantined.

Also a one-year-old child has tested positive for COVID-19 at the ‘Ángel de la Guarda’ Child Care Center in Cartagena.
The eleven children and two teachers who have been in contact with the positive, and whose data have been sent to the Epidemiology service, are currently in quarantine.
The CAI ‘Ángel de la Guarda’ is managed by a private company that operates a public building through an administrative concession obtained in a public tender.
At the moment in which the family has communicated the positive of their son to the center, the concessionaire has contacted the Epidemiology Service of the Ministry of Health and with the teachers and families of the rest of the children in the class. for them to go home.
In addition, those who have had close contact with the infected child have been asked to come to his health center.
