End of the run? Of them zebras, on the run for months in a rural area outside Washington, have finally been captured. A fugue which might at first seem anecdotal, if the equine pair had not ended up attract the attention of residents and local media.
After having repeatedly escaped the forces from order, the authorities had decided to use “food and other zebras” to get their hands on the escapees. The case also had shocked Internet users on networks social when a third zebra died from a fall. The latter having also taken the key to the fields.
Contrary to what one might think, these animals do not come from a Reserve of species savages or a parc zoological. Their owner, Jerry Holly, owns a huge farm with a herd of around 30 zebras. The 76-year-old man is now accused acts of cruelty to animals.
The possession of exotic animals is not illegal in the USA. Only a around twenty state forbid it of the 50 in the country.
