Two Bulgarian citizens – a man and a woman – were detained while trying to enter Greece with fake PCR tests. The violation was established at the border checkpoint “Kulata – Promahon” by police officers from our southern neighbor. The Bulgarians contacted our Consulate General in Thessaloniki, where they were assisted. This was announced for NOVA by the press center of our Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Stricter restrictions for those not vaccinated in Greece

The man and the woman were fined a total of 10,000 euros. They were subsequently released, but a lawsuit was filed against them.
