Coronavirus situation improves in Ukraine

In Ukraine, for the third week in a row, a weekly decline in the number of coronavirus cases and the number of hospitalized people has been recorded.

Lviv and Luhansk regions are leaving the red quarantine zone. In these regions, the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 has stabilized. This was said by the head of the Ministry of Health Viktor Lyashko at the briefing on Monday, November 22.

According to him, in Ukraine, for the third week in a row, a weekly decline in the number of cases of coronavirus and the number of hospitalized people has been recorded.

“According to quarantine indicators, Lugansk and Lviv regions are getting out of the red level of epidemic danger. Therefore, this week we will initiate a meeting of the state commission on technogenic and environmental safety and emergency situations,” he said.

Let us remind you that over the past day in Ukraine identified 7 464 new cases of COVID-19… The decline in growth continues for the fifth day in a row.

Earlier, the Ministry of Health said that the peak of the coronavirus wave passed… The department is observing several positive indicators at once, indicating an improvement in the situation. But at the same time, there is a threat of a second outbreak.
