The juvenile judge in Antwerp has placed two boys aged barely 12 and 13 in a closed juvenile institution. The boys, together with a companion of 18 years, would have committed five robberies, armed with a machete and a taser. “Actually, the law says that we can only lock up young people from 14 onwards. Unless they exhibit exceptionally dangerous behavior. Which is the case here ”, it sounds on the parquet.
