They believe that it is important to know not only who an account is and what information they have proactively shared, but also what an account consists of. They say that if someone is interested in a particular account, they may also be interested in what that account is interested in. One of the changes to the Twitter profile that they will introduce is that of the pronouns. Another notable new feature will be the ability to show whether your Twitter account is confirmed by email or phone. So it is hoped that they are not secondary accounts to hide someone’s identity.
