Twitter Tests New Look for iOS Users, So Like Instagram?

Twitter is also testing the delete followers feature (follower) without blocking or “Remove Accounts.”

In a tweet on the official Twitter Support account, quoted Wednesday (9/8/2021), Twitter said that the feature allows users to become “curators” for their own list of followers.

The social media icon with the blue bird said that the feature had only been tested on the web version of Twitter.

“To remove a follower, go to your profile and click ‘Followers’, then click the three-dot icon and select ‘Remove this follower,'” wrote Twitter Support.

Once the follower is removed from the follower list, the deleted user will automatically not be able to see the tweets uploaded on your timeline.

Quotes The Verge, this feature is different from the user block feature. The block user feature prevents blocked accounts from viewing tweets and sending you direct messages.

In addition, the feature blocks users and prevents you from doing the same with blocked accounts.
