SAN FRANCISCO – Tesla CEO Elon Musk continues to sow confusion over a potential takeover of Twitter. On Saturday, Musk again dealt with the controversial question between himself and the company in entries on the short message service, how many Twitter user accounts are fake. Musk said the number was greater than the company’s stated range of less than five percent. On Saturday, Musk proposed settling the issue in a public debate with Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal and through a public vote.
