The dog icon appears both when you open the web version of Twitter and on the page itself. It is not clear whether this is here to stay or another Elon Musk joke. True, this is only good for investors of the Dogecoin cryptocurrency, because on the same evening of April 3, its value increased by more than 20% in a couple of hours.

At the end of 2021, the billionaire revealed that “Tesla” and “The Boring Company” will accept payments with this currency. In the same year, SpaceX decided to launch a lunar mission funded solely by the Dogecoin cryptocurrency. Needless to say, after all these announcements, the value of the cryptocurrency literally skyrocketed.
