Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley both spoke of getting knocked out before their fight on Sunday night in Cleveland.
But that did not happen for the two fighters. Instead, the fight went the distance and Paul took the victory over the former UFC welterweight champion via a split decision.
Paul entered the fight as a favorite, thanks to his size advantage and he was able to stay strong for all eight rounds of the fight. It’s a big win for his CV, but when you look at the numbers you’ll see that the fight itself was pretty tough.
Here are the latest issues of the fight, which took place in front of an ELECTRIC crowd:

Jake Paul has shown that he has tenacity and that he won’t give up! Tyron wasn’t active enough, not a bad fight though. It was activity! Paul was exhausted and when the guys are tired you have to show them the door. It doesn’t matter man. Damn Tyron

Woodley demands a rematch. Stop that. I watched this. I have no interest in a rematch. Woodley won a legitimate round, maybe 2-3 max. Stop that. #boxing #PaulWoodley

In a bout that garnered huge interest but very few meaningful shots, a tired Jake Paul beat a smaller, timid Tyron Woodley 78-74 77-75 75-77 (the card for Woodley is highly questionable). According to their bet, Woodley must now get a “I love Jake Paul” tattoo #PaulWoodley
