Twitter was hit by an outage from Thursday evening to Friday morning that prevented many users in northwestern France from accessing their news feed.
For many users who live in north-western France, as far as Paris, it was not possible to access his newsfeed on the social network Twitter on Friday morning. The down detector site made it possible to see the extent of the failure. The first reports were made on Thursday around 7 p.m. The problem was finally resolved on Friday around 10:40 am.
However, some seemed to have found a way to fix the problem: “It’s an IP problem, it looks like a lot of French IPs are blocked. If we switch to 4G or to a VPN, it works normally, ”said one user.
