As explained by Twitter:
“Twitter’s Best Of Tweets is our hall of fame, our GOAT, our crowning glory for brands that have used Twitter creatively this year to kick off something new or to connect with what’s going on like no one else could. And we want to hear from you, does your brand deserve to be crowned a winner? “
The awards will look to celebrate the best tweet campaigns across a range of categories, with last year’s event recognizing campaigns from Gatorade, Uber, Ben & Jerry’s and more.
There is no physical reward or prizes as such, but you do get additional recognition and promotion as part of the event.
To be eligible for the nomination, you will need to sum up your campaign in a few sentences and then explain why it should be crowned one of the best. Which may be harder than it looks, but looking at last year’s awards, you can probably get an idea of what Twitter’s awards judges are looking for, in terms of impact, reach. , etc.
Twitter has been running its annual campaign awards since 2016, when it actually separated each item into its own specific category.
