The short message service Twitter can be reached again after an alleged block from Turkey. The service was also available without VPN services Thursday morning. The organization Netblocks, which is known for monitoring internet blocking, reported on Wednesday about the restriction imposed by several internet providers in Turkey. Users could only access the service via VPN. There was initially no official confirmation.
