Twitter has updated a new way for users to view new tweets or tweets on its platform. Previously, Twitter users often complained that they would automatically update the timeline with the latest tweets, so that the tweets that users were reading suddenly disappeared.
However, with improvements and updates made by Twitter, users can now decide when to load a new tweet.
Reported detikINET from Techcrunch, Wednesday (11/17/2021) Twitter acknowledged that tweets often disappeared from view while being read, when the user’s timeline was automatically refreshed.
Let’s talk about Tweets disappearing from view mid-read when the timeline seems to auto-refresh. We know it’s a frustrating experience, so we’re working on changing it.
Over the next two months, we’ll be rolling out updates to the way we show you Tweets so they don’t disappear.

But now users can load a new tweet whenever they want by clicking the tweet bar at the top of the timeline.
In September, Twitter note will launch updates in a way that displays tweets so they don’t disappear while the user is still reading them. It’s worth pointing out that the Twitter app on iOS and Android also doesn’t automatically refresh users’ timelines when they open the app.
Instead, users can click on the home button highlighted in the navigation bar to load a new tweet.
Twitter also recently announced that it will no longer automatically crop image previews on the web, after rolling out full-size image previews on mobile devices earlier this year.
On Twitter for the web, the image will now be displayed in full without any cropping the image will look like when you shot it.
This update comes as Twitter is working to improve its platform and make its service more accessible.
The social media giant recently also rolled out the ability for users to share a direct link to Spaces which allows others to listen to live audio sessions over the web without logging into the platform.
Twitter also launched its premium subscription service, Twitter Blue, in the US and New Zealand on Monday (15/11), following its initial launch in Canada and Australia earlier this year.
