Twitter Blue is Twitter’s latest idea to add an additional source of income in addition to traditional advertising. After a successful launch in Australia and at Canada, Twitter management concluded that it was necessary to take the next step and open subscriptions (with all the benefits of Twitter Blue) to new countries.
Since yesterday, users located in United States et en New Zealand can purchase the subscription which costs $ 2.99 / NZD 4.49 per month without commitment.
For this second phase of availability, Twitter will offer the same advantages, in other words:

Twitter Blue is only available on iOS for the moment, the subscription is not yet fully ready on the web version and is not at all on Android.
