news-desc">

The micro-blogging platform, or microblog, has a limited rollout of the new Explore feature on December 8 in select regions for iOS and Android users. In Explore, the tab will appear into two sub categories, namely Trending and For You.

Since it’s still in the testing phase, still not sure if Twitter plans to make permanent additions and implement a wider rollout later.

Additionally, Twitter also announced that it is testing the implementation of a new one-time alert for new photos and videos where users can tag their posts with violent, nudity, or sensitive labels. This will allow viewers to make sure they want to see the tweet before they find something they might not want to see.

Reported The Indian Express, Saturday (11/12), Twitter said in its latest upload that discussing what is happening in the world can sometimes mean sharing content that is disturbing or sensitive. So, in this feature, users will have more control over their sensitivity labels.

Previously, users could only mark their tweets as sensitive, with no additional context. This feature appears after platform previously announced that they are trying a new, user-first approach to reporting content.

As it is still in testing, the feature is only available to small users in the United States. However, it is expected to be widely available next year.
