MENLO PARK – After testing last month, Twitter finally launched a new feature for all web users that allows to remove followers without needing to block them.
This security feature can help users if they don’t want to block someone’s account, where if blocking will be caught by that person.
By deleting followers, users can feel more secure because followers can still view tweets without blocking them.

Quotes TechCrunch, Thursday (14/10/2021), users can delete followers by going to their profile, clicking on the three-dot icon, and selecting the “Remove this follower” option.
Twitter also announced testing of a feature that allows users to set a timeline with two options, one sorted by Twitter’s algorithm, and one chronologically.
Previously, Twitter Founder and CEO Jack Dorsey has voiced support for the ability for users to choose multiple algorithms to organize the content they see.
