(Sao Paulo) Paris celebrity SG Neymar’s Twitter account was hacked on Tuesday and used to send incorrect messages, the player’s Brazilian press officer told AFP.
“It was hacked! Twitter takes care of the problem. For the moment I have no other information, ”said the press secretary of the 31-year-old striker, currently resting after surgery on his right ankle.
Several messages sent by the hackers have been deleted from the account. AFP was able to see, however, a message, which had not disappeared, targeting a Brazilian media in offensive terms.
The Twitter account of Rafaella, Neymar’s sister, was also hacked. The young woman posted a video on Instagram to explain that the messages on her account did not come from her.
