PlayStation Productions is serious about adapting its franchises to television series or movies. The most important projects that are officially known are The Last of Us Y Uncharted, which will be adapted for television and cinema, respectively. Thanks to the success of its video game franchises, Sony announced in 2019 that it would form the PlayStation Productions division, which would work on multimedia projects. Twisted Metal it would be a comedy series
Sources describe the project as “a high-octane action comedy about an outsider trying to improve his own life,” according to The Illuminerdi. The series would take place in an apocalyptic world and the protagonist would have to deliver a mysterious package alongside a violent car thief at the slightest provocation.
The task would not be easy, because in this wasteland there are also many intruders who have vehicles capable of demolishing and creating great destruction, as in the series and even in this world there is Sweet Tooth and Nedles Kane, a madman with the appearance of a clown who drives a Ice cream truck that has the name of Sweeth Tooth and is usually used to refer to its driver as well.

An iconic video game character will appear in the TV series
The project of Twisted Metal It would be live-action and the interesting thing is that the first details of the actors who could participate in it have already emerged. The most interesting is Sweet Tooth, because The Illuminerdi confirmed that he would appear in the series and that Will Arnett will have a will be in charge of impersonating him, although it was only mentioned that he will make an audio cameo (voiceover).
