SEOUL, April 5 (Yonhap) — Chaeyoung, a member of K-pop girl group TWICE, and singer-songwriter Zion. T are in a romantic relationship, their agencies confirmed this Friday.
“The two are dating together, with good feelings for each other,” JYP Entertainment and The Black Label, Chaeyoung and Zion’s management agencies, said in a statement. T, respectively.
A local entertainment news outlet previously reported that the couple met through a mutual acquaintance and have been dating for about six months.
Chaeyoung, 25, debuted with TWICE in 2015. The nonet has achieved global success with numerous songs, such as “Like OOH-AHH,” “TT,” “Cheer Up,” and “Yes or No.” In February, the band topped the Billboard 200, the main album chart of the American music magazine Billboard, with their 14th extended play album, “With YOU-th.”
Zion.T, 35, debuted in 2011 with the single “Click Me” and has made his mark in the industry with his hits, including “Yanghwa BRDG,” “No Make Up” and “Eat.” He released his third full-length album in December of last year.
