Wien – A 22-year-old man was arrested on Friday evening at the Vienna Praterstern because he is said to have molested a 12-year-old. The suspect was already intrusive on the express train. When the girl got out of the Praterstern with her sister and a friend, he pressed the child again, the police reported on Saturday.
The twelve-year-old was on her way from Meidling to the second district of Leopoldstadt with the 16-year-old sister and the 14-year-old friend. In the express train, the 22-year-old spoke to the child, hugged, kissed and touched his entire body against his will. When the girls got off at the Praterstern, the Afghan hunted the trio and tried again to press the twelve-year-old.
The girl who could tear herself away called the police. Officials discovered the young man nearby and spoke to him. The suspect then verbally abused the officers, punched, kicked and spat in their direction. The man was finally arrested and taken to the prison. The police now want to evaluate the video surveillance from the train and the station.
