The US Créteil Lusitanos can finally breathe. After very long weeks of waiting, the Executive Committee of the FFF confirmed Tuesday the retention in National 1 of the Cristoliens, yet 17th and penultimate in the championship. However, due to the white season decreed for N2, the FFF could not proceed with the usual 4 climbs and therefore the 4 descents from N1 to N2. Ten players continue the adventure and twelve players have joined the Rams in recent days for the 2021-2022 season.

Who are the 12 USCL recruits?
In goals, Léonard Aggoune, trained at PSG, arrives from Ulis (N3) and Riffi Mandanda from Norway. Steve’s brother has a CV already provided, having already played more than 180 matches between L2 and N3 (Caen, Tarbes, Poiré sur Vie, Compiègne, Uzès Pont du Gard, Ajaccio, Boulogne). After Over, it is therefore another member of the Mandanda siblings who joins the Aries.
In defense, Elhadj Dabo arrives from Valenciennes (L2). At 25, he has already played 29 Ligue 2 games for two goals scored in the North. Pierre-Daniel N’Guinda, trained at AS Monaco, arrives from Finland and the KTP club. On loan from OM, the young Richecard Richard, 19, will try to make his hole in the right lane.
In the middle, Andy Pembele, 21, is loaned by the PFC with whom he only played in the reserve team (N3). Trained in Caen, he also went through Lille. Axel Uriel, 22, arrives from the Guingamp reserve with whom he has played 21 games. He was trained in Nîmes. Sébastien Flochon will be the most anticipated recruit in the midfield. Trained in Lyon, he arrives from Chambly (32 L2 matches). He has also been through Le Havre, CA Bastia and Les Herbiers and knows the N1 championship very well (90 games). In attack, Alexis Araujo already has a great experience at 24 years old. Trained in Lille with whom he met in L1, he experienced L2 two seasons with Gazélec Ajaccio (37 games, 1 goal) and N1 (89 games, 9 goals) with Boulogne, Dunkirk, Quevilly and SC Lyon. The young Patrick Koffi, 19, will assist him. This American striker has already experienced L2 with the PFC (3 games). Ozcan Sahan, coming from the Valenciennes reserve, will complete the offensive line.
