Ryszard K. is a businessman who was detained by CBA on the same day as Roman Giertych. While the search was underway in his house, journalists representing various national media gathered in front of the building. At 7.15 p.m., the services took Ryszard K. out and took him to the prosecutor’s office, and the reporters began to diverge. Then there was supposed to be an attack on the operator TVP. According to public television reports, the attacker was the son of Ryszard K.
– At one point a man ran out of the house who pushed him and slapped him in the face. Then he threw his friend to the ground, started punching and kicking him. The operator has a broken head, he was taken to the hospital. Fortunately, there were other colleagues nearby who quickly showed up on the spot and we finished the shots. The equipment has not been damaged – she reported in an interview with the portal Virtual Media TVP3 Gdańsk reporter Małgorzata Rakowiec.

Detention of Roman Giertych and Ryszard K.
Ryszard K. was arrested by the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau in connection with an investigation concerning the transfer of PLN 92 million from one of the development companies. Apart from him, 11 people were detained, including lawyer Roman Giertych. During the search in Giertych’s house, the attorney lost consciousness. It is not clear what condition it is in. The spokesman of the minister-coordinator of special services, Stanisław Żaryn, said that the state Roman Giertych is good, but the lawyer’s wife denied these words, writing that her husband’s condition was “serious, life and health threatening”.
