(Motorsport-Total.com) – Following the surprising start of last Sunday’s playoffs in Darlington, the second of ten NASCAR Cup Series 2022 playoff races is scheduled for next Sunday. The venue is the Kansas Speedway, the oval of 1 , 5 miles to Kansas City which has been on the NASCAR calendar since 2001.

The Kansas game is the second of three this season in the first round of the playoffs, the “Round of 16” with 16 title contenders. For the “Round of 12”, in which only twelve drivers will fight for the title, no one has yet qualified.

In the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), the pay-TV channels Sport1 + and Motorvision TV will share the broadcasts of all the races of the NASCAR 2022 season. It will be broadcast live and in full via cable and satellite.

In the US, the races for the first half of the NASCAR 2022 season will be broadcast live and in full on Fox TV. The NBC television channel also broadcasts live and in full the races of the second half of the season. It is broadcast directly on the respective main station or on the respective special interest channel (Fox Sports 1 on Fox, USA Network on NBC).

Alternatively or in addition to the TV broadcasts of Sport1 + and Motorvision TV or Fox and NBC, the races of the NASCAR 2022 season can be followed in live streaming on TrackPass, NASCAR’s paid streaming portal.

As with last weekend’s playoff opening in Darlington, only 36 full-time cars from the 2022 season will compete in the second of ten playoff races. There is only one cockpit change from the previous week: the # 16 Chevrolet Kaulig will be driven at Kansas Speedway by Noah Gragson dangers. Kurt Busch, who won the spring race at Kansas Speedway in May, is still out.
