The further fate of Vergara’s father (Eduard Fernández), who fights against demonic forces. Elena (Megan Montaner), after falling into a coma, is also staying in one of the Madrid facilities. Paco (Miguel Ángel Silvestre) watches over her. Struggling with remorse, the man tries to take care of her as best as he can. Meanwhile, a new, extremely dangerous enemy appears on the horizon (Paul Giamatti). To defeat him, Vergara, who is in the depths of hell, must unite forces with his former enemies.
