Training influencer and TV profile Jørgine Massa Vasstrand (34), also known as “Funkygine”, was able to share at the beginning of last year that she had become a mother for the fourth time.
The 34-year-old has two children from a previous relationship, and two children with her husband Morten Sundli (33).
Now she is beaten
There is apparently a lot going on at home for Vasstrand and Sundli, with four children, two of whom are under kindergarten age, there is more than enough to keep track of.

Now the TV profile opens up about a conscious choice she and her husband have made when it comes to the children. She does so in a new interview with the website Klikk.no.

Vasstrand tells the website that they do not have zero tolerance when it comes to screen time, but that they are careful. She believes that physical activity and play are very important for children.
– We would like something to happen when they get home. It’s nice to get out a little before bedtime.

At home with the family, neither iPads, Xboxes nor Playstations are available, which the influencer himself believes is wise to limit temptations.
She highlights an earlier incident as an example of parents’ mobile phone use having gone way over the line.
– Was very far down
Vasstrand was at the hospital with his sons and noticed a screen on which it read: “Be careful with mobile use. Your child needs you’ and ‘Limit screen use’.
That made her react.
– This is a message to us adults. I think screen use has gone too far when parents have to be reminded of this in the hospital, she says, adding that she thinks it’s stupid that screen time takes up a lot of space in everyday life for many.

However, the rules on screen use do not only apply to the children in the family. Vasstrand points out that she and her husband also take care of their own habits – and want to set a good example.
– We are quite aware of our own screen use around the children. We make our lives easier by not exposing them to super-exciting duppets. It is also important that we direct our attention to each other when we are together.
