TV audiences: “Les Enfoirés” crush the competition

It will surely be the record of the year for entertainment. Friday evening, TF1 outclassed the competition with a “Les Enfoirés next to you”, an XXL show for the benefit of the Restos du cœur. This edition, without an audience but still with around forty personalities of song, humor or sport, gathered a little more than 9.2 million viewers until 10:45 p.m., or 38.3% of the share of audience for the general public according to Médiamétrie.

Including the second part, the average is 8.1 million (42.8%). Either a significant drop. A year ago, the first part of the show “2020 Le Pari (s) des Enfoirés” had attracted 9.5 million (41.8%), for 8.7 million in total that evening. For the record, “The Enfoirés music box” had 12.7 million viewers (52.7%) in 2013: a record!

Without comparison, a week ago, the launch of the new entertainment “Duos Mystères”, embodied by Alessandra Sublet and produced by DMLS TV, had attracted 4.3 million viewers (21.6%).

The series of France 2 in decline

France 2 is second with the sequel to “Tropiques criminels”, which has lost its feathers. The two unpublished episodes of this French series embodied by ex-Miss France Sonia Rolland and Béatrice de La Boulaye were followed by 3.1 million fans, or 12.7% of PDA. Last Friday, two other episodes of “Tropiques criminels” had seduced 4.2 million (18.8%). Just the week before, the launch had attracted 4.4 million people (19.8%).

M 6 held up well with the sequel to the American detective series “NCIS”. The first two episodes of the evening (a new and a rerun) interested 2.4 million followers, or 9.8% of PDAs. This is 200,000 less than last Friday.

France 3 is at the foot of the podium with “Funny Forever: Maillan, Poiret, Serrault”. This documentary made up of archive images of these great actors was watched by 2.1 million nostalgic people, or 8.7 from PDAs. A week ago, the tribute to Serge Gainsbourg, 30 years after his death, attracted almost as many.
