Dear and educational children’s show Famous things offers young spectators not only fun adventures and new knowledge, but also quality, beautiful and educational songs to sing and dance with. This year the show has become especially musical, so not only the first big concert of Tuta’s songs took place On the Hanseatic platform, released in DVD format, but also the second Tuta song album – Nu-ku-delik-shiki-drū.
The author of all Tuta’s original songs is the Latvian composer Laura Polence, who lives in Amsterdam, but the lyrics to the songs were written by poets Kārlis Vērdiņš, Edvards Kuks and prose writer Elizabete Lukšo-Ražinska. The album also includes two Latvian folk songs-games by Laura Polence, as well as karaoke versions of the songs. The songs were sung by Laura herself, and instrumental compositions were played by Breno Viricimo, Rūdolfs Dankfelds and Lucas Figueiredo Santana alongside Polence. The music album will be recorded at Bruno Viricimo’s studio in Amsterdam.
“It is important for us that the content we create for children is not only exciting, but also acts as a helper for children’s parents. Given the current situation in the world, Tuta case in the sixth season, one of the series teaches to wash hands. To make washing your hands more fun for your child, we have also created a wonderful song that every child can sing in their home and bathroom, “says Tuta case director and project author Marta Selecka.
The new music album is available on both digital music streaming sites, including Spotify, although it will be possible to buy it physically – Tuta case online store, as well as children’s goods and music stores.
