“I signed a new ordinance that regulates travel and activities” in Tuscany during the coronavirus emergency. The president of the Region, Eugenio Giani, announced on Facebook.
According to the new ordinance, Giani explains, “travel to a municipality other than that of residence, domicile or home is allowed: to reach second homes, campers or caravans, owned boats for maintenance and repair throughout the region; in municipalities neighbors for products necessary for their needs or for greater economic convenience; to go and find children with the other parent; to cultivate the land for agricultural use and direct production for self-consumption; for the activity of collecting truffles, mushrooms and fishing exclusively on a professional basis outside the municipality of residence; to look after farmed animals.
Furthermore, “it is allowed to carry out the activity by the animal grooming exercises”. As regards the professional training courses, “laboratory activities and internships are allowed in the presence. All other activities are carried out remotely. The activities of music, painting, photography, theater, language schools foreign courses and other courses, including any exams, is carried out remotely if collective or in person if individual “. In the order, Giani specifies that “the movements must be self-certified indicating all the elements necessary for the relative verification”.
