Today Nightdive Studios announced a slight delay in the release date of the Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion remaster. The final chapter of the remastered Turok trilogy will be released on November 30, 2023 on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion is a faithful restoration of the classic first-person shooter originally released in 2000 for the Nintendo 64, remastered with Nightdive Studios’ proprietary KEX Engine to play on modern gaming devices at up to 4K resolutions and 120fps. give me a sec. It includes updated gameplay, high-resolution textures, improved lighting and rendering, and support for console gamepads with platform-specific features. It joins the popular Turok and Turok 2: Seeds of Evil remasters from Nightdive Studios.
Players choose between the two main characters Joseph and Danielle Fireseed, siblings of Turok 2: Seeds of Evil protagonist Joshua Fireseed. Together they must defeat Oblivion’s main antagonist and his followers, the Flesh Eaters, after their brother’s supposed death at his hands.
