Turn your TV into a work of art. TikTok showed a simple and beautiful design trick

A TV is almost a mandatory attribute of any Belarusian living room. However, the black frame and dangling cables are an unsightly side effect of having the device. One TikTok user shared a trick that will make your TV look like a real work of art.

For many people who highly value the cleanliness of space and interior aesthetics, a switched-off TV only visually clutters the room and creates a cluttered effect. In fact, among the selected furniture and accessories, the TV in a black frame with hanging cables and a visible set-top box is something that definitely stands out visually from the rest of the cohesive interior.

However, one TikTok user who posts interior design videos on her profile has found a trick that allows her TV to fit perfectly into her entire interior and look like a real work of art. How is this possible?

The woman decided to make a custom wooden frame, under which she hid the black frame of the TV. Thanks to this simple procedure, the device began to look like a real work of art.

How to easily make a frame for a TV?

In order to make a frame for a TV, at the very beginning we will need boards, which can be bought at any hardware store. The TikToker used boards with stripes to make the effect much more interesting.

Next, you need to accurately measure your TV and cut the boards to size, making the cut at a 45-degree angle. The next step is to glue the boards together.

Finally, simply paint the boards and you’re done.

The girl also attached a lamp to the frame, but this is an optional step.

This is what it might look like if you turn on some screensaver or a beautiful movie on your TV:

Telegraph previously wrote that it turns out that aluminum foil can also come in handy while watching TV, when the remote control refuses to listen. You just need to put it in the right place. And mysticism has nothing to do with it. We’ll tell you how it works.
