He explained that the value of Turkish exports rose in the first 10 months of this year from $209.7 billion to $216.4 billion.
For his part, the head of the Turkish Defense Industries Agency, Haluk Gurgun, announced in a post on the “X” platform today that exports from the defense and aviation industries sector in October last year recorded $ 820 million, indicating that the Turkish sector continues to improve. successful in global markets.
The Turkish Anatolia news agency quoted the Turkish official as saying that the sector’s exports last October registered an increase of 61% compared to the same month in 2023.
He said that the sector’s exports continued to grow in the first 10 months of this year, achieving an increase of 18%, with a total value of $5.125 billion.
He explained that Turkish companies exported their products to 185 countries this year, achieving a record in this regard.
