“The terms of return have been violated by both the Turkish side and Kyiv. According to the terms of the agreement, Azov commanders had to remain on Turkish territory until the end of the conflict,” Peskov told RIA Novosti news agency.
Earlier on Saturday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced on his Telegram channel that he was returning from Turkey with soldiers who defended Azovstal and then spent 10 months in the country after being released from Russia in a prisoner exchange.
