What is lahmacun?
Lahmacun is a typical Turkish takeaway food or snack on hand. A yeast dough focaccia is thinly spread with a tangy mixture of ground beef, onions, and tomatoes before cooking. The name means something like “meat with dough”. And strictly speaking, our Turkish pizza is nothing else, so the name is justified 😅. The addition of fresh ingredients like tomatoes, parsley and feta gives the “meat with dough” a colorful and crunchy upgrade. Try it now.
