The statement made by TFF is as follows:
Capital companies, public institutions and organizations and joint ventures/business partnerships that may participate in the broadcast tender; The tender documents, including the Tender General Specifications, Package A, Package B, Package C, Package D and Package E Special Specifications and their annexes, and the sales price of 300,000 TL to TFF’s Denizbank A.Ş. By paying to the bank account with IBAN number TR41 0013 4000 0600 1423 8000 01, by 17.00 on 26.01.2024, by authorized persons from the TFF Financial Affairs Directorate, located at Hasan Doğan National Teams Camp and Training Facilities Çayağzı Köyü Riva/Beykoz/İstanbul, during working hours. They can receive it by hand.
The deadline for submitting bids is 14.00 on Wednesday, 14/02/2024, and the bids will be evaluated by the Tender Commission established by the Turkish Football Federation and Clubs Association Foundation.
After evaluating the first offers, the Tender Commission may request new offers from all or some of the bidders. Relevant persons are asked to submit their new offers within a reasonable period given by the Tender Commission. The tender commission may receive as many new offers as it deems necessary. New offers are submitted according to the procedure specified in the Tender General Specifications.
The tender for the transfer of Broadcasting Rights of TFF Super League and TFF 1st League Competitions is aimed to be completed by 29.02.2024.
“Turkish Football Federation is not subject to the provisions of the State Tender Law No. 2886 and the Public Procurement Law No. 4734, and is free to reject all offers or cancel the tender.”
