ANKARA, October 4, 2023 (Xinhua) The Turkish army conducted its third cross-border air operation in Iraq today (Wednesday), following the suicide attack that occurred in the Turkish capital, Ankara, on Sunday.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan warned in a security meeting today that the infrastructure and energy facilities of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party and the Syrian Kurdish People’s Protection Units in Iraq and Syria are now “legitimate targets for the Turkish army.”
