The municipality of Turgi has approved a commitment credit of CHF 260,000 for the renewal of the supply lines from the village reservoir to the high zone reservoir.
The residents’ meeting on November 18, 2021 approved a commitment loan of CHF 260,000 for the renewal of the supply lines (water and electricity) from the village reservoir to the Hochzone reservoir. Porta AG, Wettingen, was commissioned to accompany the project implementation.
After the building permit for the renewal of the supply line has been issued, construction can begin. Civil engineering work will begin on May 2, 2022. The construction work will last until around the end of July 2022. The new lines will be created with a flushing bore. This means that large-scale clearing work can be avoided.
During the entire construction period, the Hühnermattenweg in the area of the village water reservoir will remain closed to vehicles and pedestrians.
